Reds Joinery have agreed a contract for the New Victoria project (VINCI). After 2 years work the contract was finally signed in September. Internal joinery works are due to start on 15/11/2021.
The project will span over 63 weeks and will include the installation 520 apartments across two high rise residential buildings. New Victoria is located right next to Victoria Street station which is a key transport hub.
As part of our social value, we will be taking on a number of apprentices for the duration of the project to give back to the Greater Manchester Area.
Residential 1 (25 story) and Residential 2 (23 story) are set to complete March 2023.
